Do I get early access to new products and drops?

Yes. When we release highly anticipated new products, Heroes Club members are notified first so they can shop before the general public. This helps members secure the colors and styles they want before items sell out — while also enjoying their exclusive member savings on new releases.

Is there a Heroes Club exclusive clothing line?

Yes — and it's only available to members. The Heroes Club collection features pieces you won't find anywhere else on our site. As long as your membership is active, you have access to shop it.

How do I receive cashback on my order?

If you're already a member, just make sure you check out using the email tied to your member account. Once your order is complete, 20% of your order value will be added to your account as store credit.

 

If you're not yet a member, add the Heroes Club option to your cart, and complete your order. Your free trial will start immediately and your 20% cashback will be added to your account right away.

Where do I check my store credit?

Log in to the members portal, click "Manage Membership," and open "Store Credits History" to see your available balance. To use it, just make sure you're logged in at checkout — you'll see the option to apply your credit to your order.

How do I make sure the 20% discount gets applied to my order?

To get the 20% discount on your order, you will have to be an existing member. If you are already a member, all you have to do is make sure you enter the email that your membership is connected to at checkout and the discount will be auto applied. If you have any questions, please message our support team and we'll be happy to help!

How do I join?

You can join Heroes Club by selecting the Heroes Club membership option in the cart when placing your order. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll officially become a member of our monthly Heroes Club community.

Does Heroes Club have a monthly fee?

Your first month of Heroes Club is free. 30 days after your first purchase, you'll be charged $9.99 USD/month (or the equivalent in your local currency). Your monthly billing date is the anniversary of your initial membership.

How long do I have to keep my membership?

There’s no commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time.

When do I get charged?

Your membership renews monthly on the anniversary of your original signup date. Example: If you joined on September 19, your membership will renew on the 19th of each following month.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel the membership by logging in to your account and selecting “Manage Membership.” From there, choose “Cancel Membership” and confirm your cancellation. You can always reactivate your membership later by logging back in and selecting “Reactivate Membership.”
