What is the purpose of Heroes Club?

Every month, members submit a local charity and we select one to donate to on behalf of the community. Members also vote on which causes we focus on next, shaping the direction of everything we build. This is about bringing together people who believe kindness matters — and giving them a real way to act on it.

How does my membership create real impact?

When you're a Heroes Club member, your ongoing support allows us to support organizations consistently and plan bigger impact initiatives. Members also vote on which causes we prioritize — so you're not just funding the mission, you're helping guide it.

How do you choose which charities to support?

Each month, Heroes Club members can submit a local organization that matters to them. Our team reviews submissions, and selects one of the organizations to donate to. We also run occasional surveys where our community can vote on larger initiatives we support as well.

Can I nominate a charity I care about?

Yes — that's one of the most meaningful parts of being a member. Each month you'll receive an invitation to submit a registered nonprofit organization that's close to your heart. We focus on local and grassroots organizations making a real difference in communities that often get overlooked.

Will I know where the donations actually go?

Yes. We regularly share updates with Heroes Club members about the organizations our community supports, why they were chosen, and the impact our collective support helps create. 

Why did you create Heroes Club?

We wanted to build something that goes beyond a transaction. Too many people feel unseen or like their actions don't matter. Heroes Club exists to change that — to bring together people who believe kindness is powerful, that community creates change, and that showing up for others is one of the most important things we can do. Certain products are released in colorways that are only available to Heroes Club members. These are limited runs, so active members can get unique products.

Do I get early access to new products and drops?

Yes. When we release highly anticipated new products, Heroes Club members are notified first so they can shop before the general public. This helps members secure the colors and styles they want before items sell out — while also enjoying their exclusive member savings on new releases.

What type of surprise gifts?

Some months, being a member just pays off — a free product shows up in your order, your next purchase gets refunded, or you unlock a discount you weren't expecting. We don't announce it. We just do it. Because people who show up for others deserve to be shown up for too.

Is there a Heroes Club exclusive clothing line?

Yes — and it's only available to members. The Heroes Club collection features pieces you won't find anywhere else on our site. As long as your membership is active, you have access to shop it.

Membership Management

How do I join?

You can join Heroes Club by selecting the Heroes Club membership option in the cart when placing your order. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll officially become a member of our monthly Heroes Club community.

Does Heroes Club have a monthly fee?

Your first month of Heroes Club is free. 30 days after your first purchase, you'll be charged $9.99 USD/month (or the equivalent in your local currency). Your monthly billing date is the anniversary of your initial membership.

How long do I have to keep my membership?

There’s no commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time.

When do I get charged?

Your membership renews monthly on the anniversary of your original signup date. Example: If you joined on September 19, your membership will renew on the 19th of each following month.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel the membership by logging in to your account and selecting “Manage Membership.” From there, choose “Cancel Membership” and confirm your cancellation. You can always reactivate your membership later by logging back in and selecting “Reactivate Membership.”
