📦 How Soon Will My Order Arrive?

  • Rest of the world usually arrives within 8–12 working days

Please allow 1–3 working days for processing, and 3–5 working days for clothing items, as these are printed to order with love and care.

🔍 How Can I Track My Order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime using the “Track My Order” link in the footer of our website.

📫 I Placed My Order, What Happens Next?

  1. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away.

  2. Once your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.

  3. Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order is in transit.

📦 My Tracking Info Says Delivered, But I Don’t Have My Package!

We understand how frustrating this can be. First, check around your home and with neighbors, roommates, or your local front desk. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

If you still can't find it, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help, Hoodies for Heroes is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse.
